Terms of Use

The Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and App Lane OÜ, Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. They cover the Mowbius app for iOS and Android and this website. By installing the app or creating an account, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Mowbius.

Using Mowbius

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Mowbius for your own business. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the app or its content. You must be at least 13 years old and use the app in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

Your Account

Mowbius requires an account, created with an email address and a password. Keep your password to yourself — everything done through your account counts as done by you. Use an email address you can actually receive mail on: verification, password reset, and support all depend on it.

Subscriptions and the Free Trial

Mowbius is free to download; using it requires a subscription after a 3-day free trial. The price is shown before you subscribe and is charged by Apple or Google, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Refund requests go through the store you bought from — Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through the Play Store's order history. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves.

Your Data

The customers, properties, jobs, and prices you enter are yours. You are responsible for what you store — including for handling your customers' personal details lawfully — and you must not use Mowbius to store content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. What we do with your data is described in the privacy policy.

Sync and Data Loss

Mowbius keeps a local copy of your data on your phone and syncs it to the cloud when a connection is available. Sync is provided on a best-effort basis. Data created offline that never synced before a device is lost, broken, or wiped cannot be recovered, and signing out discards unsynced changes — the app warns you before that happens. We are not liable for data lost this way; for records your business cannot afford to lose, keep your own copy.

Availability

Mowbius is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages of third-party services the app depends on, such as the app stores or Google Firebase.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its content (except the data you enter) are the property of App Lane OÜ and its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law.

Ending the Agreement

You can stop using Mowbius at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature survive — your responsibility for your content, our liability limits — remain in force after termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, App Lane OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, Mowbius. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to These Terms

When Mowbius changes in a way that affects these terms, we update them and move the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
